Extreme environment verification completed, demonstrating reliability across diverse operating conditions

The TMS-20 model has successfully passed a recently conducted 40 m/s wind tunnel test, IEC-based EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) test, and salt resistance test, demonstrating its outstanding performance and reliability.

These tests were carried out to verify stable operation under various environmental conditions. The TMS-20 showed excellent performance even under demanding conditions that may occur in real operating environments, including strong winds, electromagnetic interference, and salt exposure.

First, the wind tunnel test recreated typhoon-level wind conditions with a maximum wind speed of 40 m/s to evaluate the product’s structural stability and operational performance. As a result, the TMS-20 maintained stable operation despite strong winds and changes in wind direction, with no performance degradation or abnormalities found in its major structures or systems. This confirmed that the product can operate reliably even under extreme weather conditions.

The EMC test, conducted to verify electromagnetic compatibility, was performed based on IEC international standards. IEC EMC standards evaluate whether electrical and electronic equipment can operate properly in various electromagnetic environments without interfering with other equipment, while also maintaining normal operation under external electromagnetic interference.

During the test, the TMS-20 met electromagnetic emission requirements and maintained stable operation even under external electromagnetic conditions. This demonstrated its reliable operation across various electromagnetic environments, including industrial sites, public infrastructure, and communication environments.
In addition, the TMS-20 achieved excellent results in the salt resistance test, which was conducted with coastal and maritime environments in mind. Through testing in a salt spray environment, the corrosion resistance of major components and structures was verified, confirming that performance degradation caused by corrosion can be minimized even during long-term operation.

A company representative stated, “These tests were an important process for objectively verifying the technical maturity and quality competitiveness of the TMS-20. By passing the 40 m/s wind tunnel test, IEC-based EMC test, and salt resistance test, we confirmed that the product meets the performance standards required in various operating environments.”

The representative added, “These verification results will further strengthen the stability and reliability of the product. We will continue to provide customers with even more reliable products through ongoing research and development, as well as continuous quality innovation.”

Through these test results, the TMS-20 has proven that it can deliver stable performance under diverse operating conditions, including strong winds, electromagnetic interference, and salt exposure. It is expected to expand its application scope across various markets, including industrial, public-sector, and special-purpose fields.
